Climate Friendly Cuisine 2018 Panel Host – The End of Food Waste 


Anna Bohbot (Zulaica) is the Bay Area Food and Beverage Program Manager at LinkedIn in Silicon Valley, where she manages multiple food service locations serving a population of over 5,000 employees.  Prior to this position, Anna was chef at another Silicon Valley company and founded and ran her own catering business. Throughout her career, she has taught workshops and courses on healthy cooking and eating. Her recipes have been published in and she has co-authored several books.  Anna serves on the Multicultural Leadership Committee for the American Heart Association, is a member of the Funding Committee for Center for Urban Education on Sustainable Agriculture, and volunteers for several organizations with a culinary and nutrition focus. She received her Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley and her Holistic Nutrition Certification from Bauman College in Berkeley, CA.
