January 22, 2010	Applications due by midnight
February 2010	Application review The Business Environmental Awards Judges will review and evaluate written applications according to selection criteria outlined in the awards application. Judges will select finalists for site evaluation based only on the written applications; not all applicants will be selected for site evaluation.
March 2010	Finalist site visits Judges schedule and conduct Finalist Site Visits (or program presentations). These evaluations provide finalists with the opportunity to further demonstrate the merits of their programs to the Judges.
